Image Use Agreement

By responding “#agree,” I affirm that I am 18 years old and that I created the photo, video, tweet, post or other online or electronic content, which I have posted with the hashtag #SuplexCityPhoto (“Content”) and that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

I hereby irrevocably grant to 2K Games, Inc. (“2K”) and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors permission to use my Content and to edit, change or alter such Content, at 2K’s sole discretion. I further grant 2K a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Content in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including, but not limited to, any and all Internet media, including 2K’s web sites and social media platforms, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional, advertising or marketing purposes. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

I acknowledge and understand that I will receive no compensation for my Content, which I have posted, or for the license granted above. By responding “#agree,” I hereby release and hold harmless 2K and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

En répondant "#agree", j'affirme avoir plus de 18 ans et être le créateur de la photo, vidéo, tweet, post ou tout autre contenu en ligne ou électronique, posté sous le hashtag #SuplexCityPhoto (“le Contenu”) et avoir lu et accepté les conditions d'utilisation ci-dessous.

J'octroie de manière irrévocable à 2K Games, Inc. ("2K") et à ses sociétés parentes, filiales, succursales, partenaires, représentants, agents, successeurs, cessionnaires, employés, membres du bureau directeur et directeurs, la permission d'utiliser mon Contenu et de le modifier ou l'altérer, à la seule discrétion de 2K. J'octroie également à 2K sans aucune contrepartie en droits d'auteur, l'autorisation irrévocable, perpétuelle et non exclusive d'utiliser, reproduire, modifier, publier, créer des œuvres dérivées du Contenu et d'en diffuser tout ou partie, dans le monde entier, à perpétuité et de l'intégrer à d'autres œuvres, sous quelque forme que ce soit, médiatique ou technologique connue à ce jour ou à venir, incluant sans s'y limiter, tout média Internet, y compris les sites Internet et plateformes de réseaux sociaux de 2K, dans quelque but que ce soit, y compris à des fins de promotion, de publicité ou de marketing. Je renonce par la présente à tout droit de regard et/ou d'approbation du produit fini ou de la copie publicitaire pouvant être associée au Contenu.

Je reconnais et je comprends ne pas recevoir de compensation en échange de mon Contenu, que j'ai mis en ligne, ou concernant l'autorisation octroyée ci-dessus.

En répondant "#agree", je décharge par la présente 2K et ses sociétés parentes, filiales, succursales, partenaires, représentants, agents, successeurs, cessionnaires, employés, membres du bureau directeur et directeurs, de toute poursuite au motif de droits de publicité, diffamation, violation de la vie privée, violation du droit d'auteur, contrefaçon de marque ou tout autre motif de poursuite lié à la propriété intellectuelle.

Vereinbarung zur Bildnutzung

Indem ich mit „#agree“ antworte, bestätige ich, dass ich 18 Jahre alt bin und dass ich das Foto, das Video, den Tweet, den Beitrag oder andere Online- oder elektronische Inhalte, die ich unter dem Hashtag #SuplexCityPhoto veröffentlicht habe („Inhalte“) selbst erstellt sowie die hierin aufgeführten Regeln und Bedingungen gelesen habe und ihnen zustimme.

Hiermit gewähre ich 2K Games, Inc. („2K“) und seinen jeweiligen Muttergesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen, Partnern, Vertretern, Repräsentanten, Nachfolgern, Abtretungsempfängern, Angestellten, Handlungsbevollmächtigten und Direktoren das unwiderrufliche Recht, meine Inhalte zu nutzen und diese Inhalte in 2Ks alleinigem Ermessen zu bearbeiten, zu verändern oder zu modifizieren. Weiterhin gewähre ich 2K ein lizenzfreies, unwiderrufliches, unbefristetes nicht-exklusives Recht, diese Inhalte insgesamt oder in Teilen weltweit und unbefristet zu nutzen, zu vervielfältigen, abzuwandeln, zu veröffentlichen, davon abgeleitete Inhalte zu erstellen und zu zeigen. Darüber hinaus können die Inhalte auf jede mögliche mediale oder technologische Art, sei diese heute bekannt oder möge diese in Zukunft entwickelt werden, in andere Arbeiten eingearbeitet werden. Dazu gehören unter anderem alle Internetmedien, einschließlich den Websites und Plattformen in sozialen Medien von 2K. Dies gilt für jeden erdenklichen Zweck, einschließlich Aktionen, Werbung und Vermarktungskampagnen. Hiermit trete ich jedes mir möglicherweise entstehende Recht, das fertige Produkt in Augenschein nehmen zu können und/oder das fertige Produkt oder die Werbekopie, die in diesem Zusammenhang zur Verwendung kommt, oder die Nutzung, derer dieses zugeführt wird, zu genehmigen, ab.

Ich stimme zu und verstehe, dass ich keine Vergütung für meine Inhalte, welche ich gepostet habe, oder die oben erteilte Lizenz erhalte.

Indem ich mit „#agree“ antworte, stelle und halte ich hiermit 2K und seine jeweiligen Muttergesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen, Partner, Vertreter, Repräsentanten, Nachfolger, Abtretungsempfänger, Angestellten, Handlungsbevollmächtigten und Direktoren frei von jeglichen Ansprüchen auf Grundlage von Persönlichkeitsrechten, Verleumdung, Verletzung der Privatsphäre, Urheberrechtsverletzung, Markenrechtverletzung oder anderen Eigentumsrechten.

Rispondendo "#accetto", dichiaro di essere maggiorenne e di aver creato la foto, il video, il tweet, il post o qualsiasi altro contenuto elettronico da me pubblicato con l'hashtag #SuplexCityPhoto ("Contenuto") e di aver letto e accettato i termini e le condizioni qui enunciati.

Con la presente, garantisco in modo irrevocabile a 2K Games, Inc. ("2K") e alle rispettive società madri e associate, e rispettivi affiliati, partner, rappresentanti, agenti, successori, assegnatari, dipendenti, funzionari e dirigenti, il permesso di usare il mio Contenuto e di modificare, cambiare o alterare tale Contenuto, a discrezione di 2K. Cedo inoltre a 2K la licenza esente da diritti d'autore, irrevocabile, perpetua, non esclusiva, di utilizzare, riprodurre, modificare, pubblicare, sfruttare per la creazione di lavori derivati e mettere in mostra questo Contenuto in modo totale o parziale, in tutto il mondo, in perpetuo, e di incorporarlo in altri lavori, in qualunque forma, media o tecnologia adesso nota o sviluppata in futuro, inclusi, a titolo meramente esemplificativo, ogni media di Internet, compresi il sito web e le piattaforme social media 2K, per qualunque scopo, incluso quello promozionale, la pubblicità o il marketing. Con la presente rinuncio a ogni diritto di esaminare e/o approvare il prodotto finito o le copie pubblicitarie che potrebbero essere realizzate con esso, o l'uso per il quale potrebbe essere applicato.

Riconosco e comprendo che non riceverò alcun compenso per il mio Contenuto da me pubblicato, o per la licenza fornita di cui sopra.

Rispondendo "#accetto", con la presente mi impegno a indennizzare e manlevare 2K e le rispettive società madri e associate, e rispettivi affiliati, partner, rappresentanti, agenti, successori, assegnatari, dipendenti, funzionari e dirigenti, da qualsiasi pretesa basata su diritto di divulgazione, diffamazione, violazione della privacy o del diritto d'autore, utilizzo di marchio registrato, o qualunque altra azione legale vincolata alla proprietà intellettuale.

Acuerdo sobre el uso de imágenes

Al responder "#acepto", confirmo que soy mayor de edad y que he creado la foto, vídeo, tuit, publicación o cualquier otro contenido en línea o electrónico que he publicado con el hashtag #SuplexCityPhoto (el "Contenido"), y que he leído y acepto los términos y condiciones de este acuerdo.

Por el presente acuerdo, cedo permiso de forma irrevocable a 2K Games, Inc. ("2K") y sus respectivas compañías matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, asociadas, representantes, agentes, sucesores, beneficiarios, empleados, directivos y directores para usar mi Contenido y modificarlo, cambiarlo o alterarlo, bajo el criterio exclusivo de 2K. De esta forma, otorgo a 2K una licencia libre de royalties, irrevocable, perpetua y no exclusiva para usar, reproducir, modificar, publicar, crear obras derivativas y mostrar dicho Contenido de forma total o parcial, en todo el mundo, perpetuamente, e incorporarlo en otras obras, de cualquier forma y en cualquier medio o tecnología conocida ahora o desarrollada en el futuro, incluyendo, de forma no exhaustiva, cualquier medio de Internet, incluidos los sitios web y las plataformas de redes sociales de 2K, con cualquier fin, como fines promocionales, publicitarios o de marketing. Por el presente acuerdo, renuncio a todo derecho de inspeccionar o aprobar el producto terminado o el texto publicitario que se use con el Contenido o el uso que se le dé al mismo.

Acepto y comprendo que no recibiré compensación alguna por el Contenido que he publicado, o por el permiso concedido en las líneas anteriores.

Al responder "#acepto", eximo a 2K y a sus respectivas compañías matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, asociadas, representantes, agentes, sucesores, beneficiarios, empleados, directivos y directores de cualquier reclamación relacionada con derechos de publicidad, difamación, invasión de la privacidad, infracción de copyright o de marcas comerciales o cualquier otra causa de acción relacionada con la propiedad intelectual.
